Over 1000 members deliver more than €12bn of business annually within Europe and include tour and online operators, intermediaries and wholesalers; European tourist boards, hotels, attractions, technology companies and other tourism and business service providers. “Product diversification is important. In a competitive marketplace, tour operators, hotels and attractions need to offer a greater range of experiences to visitors,” said ETOA CEO Tom Jenkins. “APT offers a wide and increasing range of products to long haul visitors to Europe.” The ETOA membership has grown year on year, as an increasing number of tour operators, online intermediaries, hoteliers, tourist boards, attractions and other suppliers find benefit in the networking opportunities, information and lobbying support provided by ETOA.
