The event features some of the top work from pastel, charcoal, graphite, water color, and colored pencil artists in the world.Each art piece that is entered into the competition is judged by two different juries, raising the stakes for each artist that submits. Lewandowski knew his piece was special, but now he is sure of it.“The Chicago experience came around and they selected it and then I knew we had a piece that was sort of special,” said Lewandowski. “You wait for those.
